Meet our Admission Director!
Jessica Rogers joined the Heartwood Extended Care family as the Admission Director in November 2022 and has been in the skilled nursing field since 2008. She’s been a part of admissions since 2012. Her passion is building the gap for families from hospital to home. She is married and has a 1-year-old daughter.Jessica’s hobbies include anything outdoors and family outings. She and her husband own their own business and have multiple ice cream trucks they operate during the summer months. She loves decorating and hosting parties and events, especially for her daughter.
